Refunds/Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product and you have a valid Warranty on the subject Product, please call us at 0800-12112 (Toll Free in Pakistan only) OR +92 (51) 111 111 112 to obtain necessary information and details about the procedure of refunds/returns.


Cancellation occurs when the Customer or Supplier voids an order for a withdrawal of funds from a Customer's Card account or bank account before a sale is sent for deposit. MegaMall.COM.PK will not collect a deposit from the Customer and the previously authorized funds will be released at the Card issuing bank's discretion. After a sale is sent for deposit, any attempt to reimburse the cost of a Product to a Customer constitutes a Refund and shall be dealt with as set forth below.You may contact us regarding your purchase from MegaMall.COM.PK within 01 day of delivery for a full refund.

A return occurs when a Customer returns Products previously purchased from MEGAMALL.COM.PK("Return"). MEGAMALL.COM.PK will not reduce the amount of a Refund by the assessment of a "restocking fee" or any other charge (including shipping charges) for any Return that occurs in accordance with MEGAMALL.COM.PK's Return Policy.

A refund is the actual reimbursement of the cost of a Product to a Customer("Refund"). MEGAMALL.COM.PK accomplishes the Refund by reversing the amount previously charged to the Customer's Card or account at the Card issuing bank and the appropriate amount is credited to the appropriate Card or account at the Card issuing bank of Customer.

MegaMall Branded Products
If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any MegaMall-branded product, please contact MegaMall Technical Support at +92 (51) 111 111 112. If your product does have a defect, your product is covered under the terms of your product's warranty. Please refer to the warranty information and other supporting documentation that came with your product.

Non-MegaMall Branded/Third-Party Products
If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any third-party product, please contact the manufacturer of such third-party product directly for information regarding the manufacturer's warranty. Please note that products sold through the Store that do not bear the MegaMall brand name are serviced and supported exclusively by their manufacturers in accordance with the terms and conditions packaged with the products. MegaMall's Limited Warranty does not apply to products that are not MegaMall-branded, even if packaged or sold with MegaMall products.
